Who holds the data

The Sabah FC Development Programme holds personal data for this site under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

We collect the account name and email, academy details, the training location, contact details, and documents uploaded for registration.

We also keep messages sent through the contact form, and fee and payment records.

Why

The data is used to register and review academies, show the public directory, run Rhino Star and competitions, collect fees, and reply to messages.

What the public can see

An active academy profile can show the training location and email. The phone number stays hidden when the academy chooses to hide it.

Rhino Star scores and registration documents are not shown to the public.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember English or Bahasa Melayu, and protect forms.

How long

Academy records are kept while the academy is registered, and for as long as Sabah FC needs them for the programme. Contact messages are kept so the office can reply.
